In order to meet the needs of every family that is interested in enrolling, we are offering a half day and a new full day option this year. The half day and full day students will be in the same class room for their age group and all academic standards will be completed in the morning. Students that stay full day will have a rest time, playground time and other enrichment activities that will review the concepts learned that day.
In addition to half day and full day options, you also have the option of enrolling your child in a 2 day or 3 day class for 3’s and a 3 day or 4 day class for PreK.
Students will pack a lunch and can bring a water bottle that they can sip on throughout the day. Lunch will be eaten in their classrooms. Our school is a nut-free school.
PreK classes that stay for a full-day will have a 45 minute rest time. Children are not required to sleep but just to rest their bodies after a busy morning of activities.
We love to see parents on campus and involved in their child’s classroom life. Establishing routine and structure in the classroom is vital in the first few weeks of school. Once teachers have established routine, they will reach out to parents with opportunities to volunteer.
Each class is designed to teach and develop age appropriate milestones based on each child’s unique abilities. Evaluations will take place in the Fall (October) to establish beginning skills and note progress that needs to be made and again in the Spring (April) to establish the progress that has been made. Teachers will meet with Parents after the evaluations have been completed.
Class Dojo is an app that our school uses as the main form of communication to our parents. Our goal is for you to feel connected with your child even while they are in our care. Teachers will upload videos and pictures on a weekly basis.
Drop off will begin at 8:25 and pick up is from 12:30-12:45 for half day students and 2:30-2:45 for full day students.
